The right candidate must be proficient in typing, texting, email and telephone skills.
Excellent Communication, language/grammar, and organizational skills are a must.
A BDC representative is responsible for communicating with customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and following up for guest experience.
The candidate will also be responsible for picturing the cars for the website.
